A lifelong resident of Northwest Ohio, I grew up in South Toledo and currently reside in Perrysburg with my wife and son. After attending St. Francis de Sales for high school, I continued my education at the University of Toledo where I obtained my bachelors degree. While still in college, I started the original iteration of our current company which was called Spectrum Property Services, LLC. Originally specializing in insurance restoration, the company grew and evolved over the years to become a prominent home remodeling company in Northwest Ohio employing some of the best tradesmen in the area. A 2020 merger with Grant Sarver and GDS Custom Carpentry was pivotal to the trajectory of our company. Huffman Sarver Construction and Real Estate now provides kitchens, bathrooms, basements, additions, full-home remodeling and concrete construction services throughout our local market.
Q: What do you love most about what you do?
I love building and renovating properties and working with our customers to bring their vision into reality. Hard work gives me the opportunity to live the life that I want.

Greece because of the history, food and views.
Q: What advice would you give to people?
Take accountability for everything in your life. Persistent action and small, daily improvements will allow you to achieve great things.

Join the PGA tour in my mid-40’s.

The people of Toledo have always treated me well. I have made lifelong friends here, and I enjoy being around my family and the people I get to meet and work with on a daily basis.
