I am a rather simple guy with an innate passion for creativity, entrepreneurship, and community engagement. With a background in the law and social sciences, I found that I knack for problem-solving and helping people.

Born and raised in Maumee – the heart of the Midwest – my Midwestern values of hard work, integrity, and perseverance have shaped my approach to both business and life.

Beyond my professional endeavors, I am deeply committed to giving back to my community. I volunteer to support local initiatives and nonprofit organizations, as I believe that by investing in the community, we can create a brighter future for all.

In my free time, I enjoy exploring the great outdoors, spending time with my family, and taking in as much live music as I can .

Q: What do you love most about what you do?
What I love most about practicing personal injury and criminal defense law is the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives during some of their most challenging times. Whether it’s advocating for justice and compensation for those who have been injured due to someone else’s negligence; standing up for the rights of the wrongfully accused; or protecting the rights of someone who made serious mistake, I am privileged to be able to use my legal expertise to protect my clients’ interests and ensure they receive fair treatment under the law. Being able to provide support, guidance, and a voice for those who need it most is incredibly rewarding and fuels my passion for the work I do every day.

Q: Who is the most interesting person you’ve met here in our community?
I have had the opportunity to meet so many wonderful and interesting people. The most interesting would be the late, great Bobby Kaplan. He was an attorney who was a fierce advocate for justice. Mr. Kaplan inspired so many, including myself, and he surely changed the lives of countless individuals. What made his so interesting was that he rarely took a conventional approach. He paved his own way and that is both so fascinating and inspiring.

Q: If you could travel anywhere in the world right now, where would it be and why?
If I could travel anywhere in the world right now, I would choose to revisit the Greek Islands. I had the opportunity enjoy a vacation on the Islands with my wife and some dear friends last summer. The allure of the azure Aegean Sea, whitewashed buildings, and vibrant bougainvillea-filled streets of islands like Santorini, Naxos and Mykonos is truly captivating. I long to reimmerse myself in the laid-back island lifestyle, savoring freshly caught seafood at seaside tavernas, exploring ancient ruins, and soaking up the warm Mediterranean sun on pristine beaches.

Q: What advice would you give to people?

Q: What is something on your bucket list?

Q: If you could choose anyone that is alive today and not a relative; with whom would you love to have lunch? Why? And where locally would y’all meet for this lunch?
If I could choose anyone alive today for lunch, I I’d love to break bread with Barack Obama. His wisdom, leadership, and humor would make for a fascinating conversation. We’d meet at Levi & Lilacs; a venue known for its homely atmosphere and rich history, echoing the spirit of Abraham Lincoln’s time. Lincoln is a hero to both President Obama and I.

Whether it’s rallying around local causes, supporting small businesses, or coming together in times of need, our community exemplifies the true spirit of neighborliness and camaraderie. Ultimately, it’s the people who make our community great. Their kindness, generosity, and willingness to lend a helping hand are what truly set us apart and make Northwest Ohio a wonderful place to call home.
