I am the owner of Carissa’s Green Cleaning Service. We have been in business for 5 years and have held the title of Best of Toledo from the beginning. We are the only local green cleaning company who makes our own green cleaners. I am a wife to my husband Joe we have been together for 13 years next month. I am a mother to 3 children, Jaymes 12, Ryan 16 and Morgan 16. I take pride in everything I do including servicing the community.
Q: What do you love most about what you do?
I love being able to provide a safe cleaning option to the community as well as offering a safe cleaning line for people to use in their homes.
Q: Who is the most interesting person you’ve met here in our community?
Too many to list but my favorite interactions have been with all the staff at New channel 11.
Q: If you could travel anywhere in the world right now, where would it be and why?
Honestly, I would enjoy just a staycation. I love being home, its safe and perfect for me.
Q: What advice would you give to people?
Just. Keep. Going. Life is hard, it would be really simple to give up on hopes and dreams. FEAR IS A LIAR, keep pushing to build the life you want.
Q: What is something on your bucket list?
Go beach combing, Learning sign language.
Q: If you could choose anyone that is alive today and not a relative; with whom would you love to have lunch? Why? And where locally would y’all meet for this lunch?
Phillip Roth he is a very smart business owner whom I could talk to for hours. He is very inspiring and taught me a lot about business. I think I could talk him into the Village Idiot to have the best pizza in the world. Otherwise maybe Mancy’s Bluewater Grille
Q: What is your favorite thing or something unique about our community?
All of the amazing metro parks, Side Cut is my favorite.
