Dasa Dzierwa serves as Associate Vice President of the ProMedica Foundation. She is a 1996 graduate of Lourdes University. After spending nearly a decade in a classroom as a teacher, Dasa made an intentional career shift into marketing/community relations, and subsequently into nonprofit development and leadership. Dasa serves on the Board of Directors for the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Northwest Ohio and is a member of St. John XXIII Catholic Community. She is passionate about connecting people and their stories, engaging communities, and creating donor-enabled change for good. Dasa and her husband, Matt, reside in Haskins, Ohio and have three grown children in college—Madison, Noah, & Joseph.

The Florida Keys, particularly Key West! One of our favorite get-away destinations during the cold, blustery winter months in NW Ohio!
Q: What advice would you give to people?
Be authentic– be you!
Q: What is something on your bucket list?
Eventually, retracing our three week road trip honeymoon from Toledo to Seattle, WA, all the way down Highway 1, thru Vegas, Colorado and then back thru the Midwest.
Q: If you could choose anyone that is alive today and not a relative; with whom would you love to have lunch? Why? And where locally would y’all meet for this lunch?

Q: What is your favorite thing or something unique about our community?
I love our MetroParks! Farnsworth and Sidecut are my favorite.
Q: What would you rate a 10 out of 10?
My husband’s homemade, completely from scratch carrot cake. He makes it for my birthday each year.

My husband Matt of almost 25 years and our three grown children Madison, Noah & Joseph
