I am the Executive Director of Visit Perrysburg. I have nearly a decade of leadership experience in community development, strategic planning, and event management. My deep passion for promoting Perrysburg as a premier tourism destination inspires me to lead efforts that foster local partnerships and enhance the city’s vibrant culture.
Before joining Visit Perrysburg, I served as the Assistant Director of Archbold Parks and Recreation, where I successfully created and expanded community programs and events that resulted in significant engagement and revenue growth. My background in event planning, budgeting, and building community connections laid a strong foundation for my leadership efforts in Perrysburg.
In my current role, I oversee Visit Perrysburg’s operations, collaborating with businesses, hotels, and tourism groups to attract visitors and boost the local economy. My innovative vision and dedication to excellence have helped establish Perrysburg as a welcoming destination for travelers.
I attended the University of Toledo, where I excelled as a student-athlete and graduated with a degree in sports administration. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife, Cara, and our two sons, Hayes and Jett.

Q: If you could travel anywhere in the world right now, where would it be and why?
If I could travel anywhere right now, I would go to Greece to experience the birthplace of the Olympic Games. As someone passionate about sports and competition, visiting the ancient sites of Olympia would be an incredible way to connect with the history and spirit of athletics. It would be a once-in-a-lifetime experience to see where organized sports truly began.
Q: What advice would you give to people?
Prioritize building strong relationships and never stop growing professionally. Networking is essential — the connections you make with business partners, community leaders, and colleagues can open doors and create lasting opportunities. Success is built on genuine relationships, and investing in people and your own development will always lead to greater personal and professional growth.
Q: What is something on your bucket list?

Q: If you could choose anyone that is alive today and not a relative; with whom would you love to have lunch? Why? And where locally would y’all meet for this lunch?
I would love to have lunch with Derek Jeter. Locally, I would choose Inside the Five for a relaxed and casual atmosphere to have a great conversation.

Since the beginning of my time with Visit Perrysburg, I’ve said that what I love most about Perrysburg is its unique ability to feel like a small town while offering the amenities of a big city.
