My name is Nick Popoff and I’m a father of three boys and married to my beautiful wife Brittany Popoff. I love being a family man and business owner. I’m a retired semi pro football player and have also been into acting since I was a young man. Ive done 12 theatrical plays and a movie filmed and debut in theaters in Detroit, MI. I strive my best to help others and be there for those in need when I can. When I’m not running my store, I’m a family man and mentor for younger kids as a football coach. I’m a fun outgoing individual who loves to have a good time and make people laugh and smile. I’ve been told I’m a light worker who is someone that spreads positivity and love in a world with so much negativity. I try my best to push people to be the absolute best version of themselves and if I can change one person, that person can help others. Being nominated is such an honor and growing up in Maumee was a real treat for me. My parents owned Popoffs Pizza and Fine Lebanese food and taught me at a young age what hard work was. My brother and sister and I were working our parents restaurant as kids by waiting on tables and dish washing. I learned alot from my parents and always wanted to be a business owner myself so I made it happen. My family also owns Barrows Jewlers in Maumee. My uncle Gabe Barrow is a member of Maumee City Council and also runs a successful business alongside my aunt Lisa and uncle Greg Barrow, so entrepreneurship runs in our family and I love every minute of it. I whole heartily appreciate the nomination and look forward to what’s next!
